Privacy

The public catalog can be explored without signing in. Personal orders, support cases and issued files require an authenticated session and are scoped to the account that owns them. Accounts are never merged by username. News subscriptions remain optional.

Public pages send a page-open counter containing only the section and language. The counters store daily totals for 90 days, without names, account identifiers, IP addresses, search text or private workspace content. They use no analytics cookies or third-party trackers and respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Repeated opens may be counted; these totals do not identify unique visitors.
